Updated webTURBO music player

After some recent updates by Jürgen Wothke to his webTURBO player to include support for "Wonderswan" music files, I have updated these changes in my CODEF version.

You can find them here.... http://codef.namwollem.co.uk/TEST/TURBO/webTURBO.html

Updated PSX player for CODEF

After the recent update of Jürgen Wothkes webPSX music player, here is the updated CODEF version of this great webmusic player!

Updated SID player for CODEF

As Jürgen Wothke has recently updated his awesome Tiny R SID player with some new features and additional compatibilities, and I had been working on CODEF versions of some of his players, I thought it might be a good time to updated the CODEF version of the webSID player, so here it is!

NOTE: This new version uses a WASM (web-assembly) file, in addition to the backend, scriptnode processor, as well as an additional ROM.js, all required for correct and accurate recreation of the SID waveforms and unique sound! Enjoy!

Ken Silverman's 'in_ken' Winamp 2.x plug-in in CODEF

The creator of Tiny'R'SID, Jürgen Wothke has been hard at work again, and has released a new webmusic player. This JavaScript/HTML5 version of Ken Silverman's 'in_ken' Winamp 2.x plug-in plays all of his music formats: Ken's 4-note music (*.SND), Ken's CT-640 music (*.SM), Ken'S adlib Music (*.KSM), and Ken's Digitial Music (*.KDM).

As always, here is my CODEF version for your enjoyment!

Another day, and another webmusic player from the hardworking Jürgen Wothke! Thanks as always to him for his support and great work! Here is my (now) obligatory (!) CODEF reworking!

CODEF webSNSF plays music in the SNES module format. The SNES emulation code used here is derived from the Snes9x project.

Enjoy!

After seeing the latest music player from Jürgen Wothke, I have made the obligatory simplified CODEF version of his webQuixotic player - CODEF webQsound!

His latest player is based upon "Hightly Quixotix" which plays the 'Capcom Q Sound Format' music.
You can take look at the CODEF version here...

CODEF version of webIXS music player!

This is my CODEF version of the latest webaudio player from chiptune fan and coder Juergen
Wothke, the author of Tiny'R'SID and many other webaudio plugins over the past few years.

His javascript webaudio engine uses a reverse engineered and "web-ified" version of the "IXSPlayer Version 1.20" originally created by the no longer existing "Shortcut Software Development BV" about 20 years ago.

It plays original *.ixs music files directly in the browser via WebAudio.

The player belongs into the "Impulse Tracker" family but what sets it apart is the way by which it generates the used audio sample data. At the time it must have looked like a promising idea to save the limited Internet bandwidth by using the smallest music files possible.. and via compression and audio synthesis this player uses ridiculously small song files that are only a few thousand bytes long (see status information in the player widget). For comparison: mp3 files are typically several million bytes (megabytes) long.

Many Thanks for the man himself for some assistance getting this work in a "CODEF form", for slightly easier use on the platform.

Enjoy!

Sigma 05 Compilation Intro

After about six months of nothing, it's time for another CODEF screen! It's my homage to the Sigma 05 Compo Intro from the Atari ST ... not an exact remake, but hopefully you'll all like it! :-)

Some cool muzak and a nice disted raster on the logo!

The Parallax Big Sprite Demo by Bad Brew Crew on the Atari ST

I decided it was time for another ST remake, and this time I'd do another screen by Bad Brew Crew (BBC) - as I havn't seen many of their screens done - so I chose their Parallax Big Sprite Screen as my remake of choice! :-)

A nice parallax effect with a cool sprite, and a nice little tune.

I hope you like my remake!

Delicious Disk 15 Intro by The Syndicate (Atari ST)

I feel the need..... the need for a CODEF remake! :-)

After seeing some cool intro's on the Demoscene Facebook group, I saw a few cool CrackDisk intros by ST crew The Syndicate, and decided to have a go at one of theirs - so with not much free time at the moment, went for one of the more simple ones - sorry!

Here is the Delicious Disk 15 intro featuring a cool tune which was played with the TCB Tracker system on the ST!
